WHY DO I HAVE DANDRUFF?
You might be suffering from a common condition called SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS.Don’t be terrified, in cases like these the scalp produces excess skin cells and oil, so when these excess skin cells die and fall off, they mix with the oil on the scalp forming dandruff. In most cases improper brushing of hair, fake hair product, eczema, psoriasis and bacterial infection on the scalp can bring forth dandruff too
LEMON JUICE: have you ever gotten lemon juice on your hair? Did it sting?
That’s because lemon contains antiseptic properties. Lemon juice and cider vinegar is acidic and therefore increases the pH level of the scalp banishing unwanted irritations caused by fungus and bacterialSTEPS:
Massage lemon juice onto the scalp and leave it in for 5 minutes, repeat this until the itching goes away.NOTE; Test a drop of the juice on a small part of your scalp, if it stings then add water to the juice. Keep it in mind that the pH level of the scalp changes throughout the day, lemon juice is a temporary fix.
BANANA AND AVOCADO
Separately, they do adequate good job, banana are especially great for conditioning the scalp while avocado are rich in antioxidant which keeps the cell on the scalp healthy and happy.
STEPS:
1. Mash 3 bananas and 1 avocado and apply all over the scalp
2. Leave in for 30 minutes then massage in well for another 10 minutes3. Rinse it out with cold water and repeat till the itching subsides
