To confirm your denim stretching ability ,do a squat for 60 seconds while putting it on and check if it attains it shape again
To distress your jeans all you need is a chalk, safety pin , tweezer,a box cutter, a magazine
STEPS:
Lay your jeans straight on a smooth surface

Use your chalk to make your marks to make your designs patterns visible

Insert a magazine to protect the bottom layer of your jeans

Use your cutter to open up the jeans following the marked pattern and Pull the thread out using a safety pin.
